During the plastic moulding we are processing various plastic raw materials.
We are moulding: pieces made of PA, PC, ABS, PS, etc. up to a weight of 250 gram. For the moulding of the technical plastic items we are possessing the required devices: heat inflow driers, tool-tempering, waste grinders, etc. We procure the raw material from qualified sellers only.
We possess 7 different machines with a closing force between 50t and 170t.
During the plastic moulding we are preparing the moulded piece required by the customer. Currently one of the most frequent plastic part moulded by us is the various pneumatic tube mail parts, such as:
- station
- diverter
- cogwheel
- bending cogwheel
- free-running cogwheel
- schieber case
- capsule cover
- v-belt pulley with driver ring gear
- end-closing ring
